We agree to send you the products you have requested as safely and quickly as possible depending on the type of postage you have chosen and where you are located. If you have additional requests, please place in comments section of the order or contact us.

 

Description, condition and returns

  • All goods are as described, photographs of item form part of the description so please look at these carefully (where applicable).
  • If no photo of item is online or there is a stock photo, please request a photo or contact us before purchase if you are unsure.
  • As our goods are second hand, a reasonable amount of wear and tear is to be expected.
  • However, if you are not satisfied you can return any item and copy of receipt (if given)  within seven days of purchase for a full refund (may exclude additional postage).
  • We are also bound by relevant Consumer Protection legislation in Western Australia and Australia, such as the Consumer Guarantee.

 

Privacy Policy and / or Payment by Credit Card

Contact information which is provided by the user is solely for the purpose of completing the order.

In most cases we prefer a third party to handle financial transactions for example Paypal or the bank via direct transfer but we can process credit cards on request where all other methods are unsuitable for you, the customer.

In these isolated cases; financial information given by phone, including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing address, are only used to bill the customer for their order.
